Prior to Paceline, Michael successfully led businesses for Boston Scientific, Hollister, and KMT Medical in a career that spanned over 30 years. Over a 15 year period, Michael lived and operated companies in Europe, Japan, and Asia. He went on to responsible for Global Markets as Chief Commercial Officer and later as Managing Director (CEO) for a $700 Million unit. Michael spent 10 years in the C-Suite and appreciates the unique perspective of the CEO. He draws on this extensive global experience and on the ground, country level understanding to provide guidance to help companies win.
